Ah Beng was given an assignment to write an essay on the numbers one to ten. This is what Ah Beng wrote

“ 1 fine day, I went 2 climb up a 3 beside an apartment to peep.  After saw by the couple in the room, I got panic and 4 down. The man rush out and had a 5 with me. I runaway to 6 help. End up in 7-11. I grab some 8 and throw at him. I then pull out a 9 to stab him. And 10, 10, 10, guess what, he run away lah. Hor ! Hor ! Hor ! I put back the 9 on the shelf and pay the “ger” for the 8 and left 7-11. Next day, I “kor” my boss and say , “I am 6”. He say, “5”.  Tomorrow “aso” no need to come 4 work. He aso ask me, “Go climb a 3 and jump down”. I don’t understand. I nice 2 him, but I don’t’t know what he 1.

The teacher read Ah Beng’s essay and gave him 10 marks for writing the most creative essay on the numbers 1-10. I am sure we all agree.
